First and foremost considerations of course are a flood-free location. Do not be tempted to buy a house at a price but it is a flood area.&lt;br /&gt;•    The second consideration is the distance to the workplace. Make sure the location of the house not too far away from the workplace or business district.&lt;br /&gt;•    Although for the third criterion is somewhat difficult to meet in Jakarta because now the average new housing on the outskirts of Jakarta. Especially  for those of you who really is the immigrant population. Bintaro Area-&amp;gt; has good access Jakarta Outer Ring Road –JORR, KRL, beautiful environment&lt;br /&gt;2.    BSD Area-&amp;gt; There’s an access expressway, JORR, evolving environment&lt;br /&gt;3.    Depok Area -&amp;gt; price is cheaper than bintaro and BSD, near major campuses&lt;br /&gt;4. It is usually for 10 years of utilization of land.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;The Case : &lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;A company wants to buy land&lt;/span&gt;.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;If you as an owner owns a land which has a rights status of Hak Milik (owner’s right) and a certain company is interested in buying that land for the commercial use of the company.
